Ive done it the way of the windows* I reformatted a bunch of times (not really needed but I like a fresh start) I just used the format and partition using my xp cd, a lot easier and it does the job it needs to... Ive never noticed anything wrong with that myself.

    Well clean up pc....
    This can interpretted different ways.
Most importent thing is to keep it running good smooth and fast.
    For that i use a couple(to me basic)programs.
Now i help people irl alot with pc problems.
I even do this for free most of the time.
Also alot software is not nessesary on a system.
Most people want so manny software on their pc and dont use them.
This takes discspace and take down your memory.
There are then other tools that free your memory.
But then u can ask where is this goin to stop if u install this for that and that for this.
Simple..just make sure what software u sure going to use.
One of the best tools i use is Tuneup.
Only this program solve alot issues.

    Grtz

what are the stats on the pc thast you are using like memory, ram, os, etc... have you added a fresh copy of your operating system lately sounds to me like you are missing important files or they got overwrote with spyware, ot viruses... do you have a virus scan on the pc? have you tried to use a program like registry mechanic to see if that can clean it up and fix some of the errors that you are getting.

Yea sure dash running nod 32, also for registrymechanic the 1 here at SPJ, and also tuneup utilities..everything work fine and fast but just that i know my laptop ran out of windows update according to dell, they reccommend for me to upgrade my operating systems to vista which could be done..i dont know if this will correct the promblem knowing that itll replace my old drivers..but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..tnxs again..

maby you should give the vista a shot like it is saying...... but you shouldnt have any errors like a crash to the blue screen of death..... i would say start over with a fresh os and how many gig of ram you have? you will want at least 2 to run good on vista.
