mentioed that as well and he didnt answer me.... he doesnt realize that his wrelesss provider or htc isnt going to solve the problem and they will either powercycle first than tell him to hard reset or htc will be like its under warranty than send it in if not than screw it.
You are right. I reset it 3 different ways, one was a complete master reset that put the phone back to the way it was from the factory, but nothing repaired the issue. They have also sent me two replacement phones and they did the same thing. I went to our local store and the phone on display did it too. There is definitely a problem here, but unfortunately nobody knows how to fix it.
