What screen lock is better

I take it that the 2 apps are not compatible with each other. I mean if you like the other features of S2U2 and the dots of Throttle lock, u can't use both together.

why would you want two different locks eating up memory and not only that but you would be taking forever to unlock your device.

Good point, I guess I was just hoping for a way to take the best of both worlds w/o having 2 apps doing the same thing.

well i use both because i like the look of s2u2 when i have the phone on me and i want a cool screen saver.. but if imma set my phone down and dont want anyone to look around inside of it i use tl to keep ppl out..
i have s2u2 set to lock when device wakes up/password off.. ( i dont like the look) and have caller i.d/s2a-s2e off..

and i have tl set to stay locked durring a phone call and lock when pressed

I have been using S2U2 for the most part and the only thing that bugs me is the delay when the call comes in......i have to wait for the screen to come up in order to see who's on.....and another thing thats weird after a call it will freeze on the phone screen and i will have to reset the phone.....

Pocket shield was good as well but it would have the similar delay like S2U2 as well....but apart from that i liked the customization a bit more then S2U2...

if i could revote i would change mine over to the wm6.5 unlock feature. but than i would have to change everyone elses for them :(

I'm going to have to agree with Dashy on this one. WM 6.5 screen lock would be the way I went. As a matter of fact -- i can't wait for it to come out for those of us that aren't blessed with 6.5.... :(

i use throttle lock and love it myself. more than just a screen lock its actually security also.

lol the wife always likes to mess with my phone!!!
back when i used the S2u2 all she had to do was slide but now she gets crazy trying to unlock the throttle lock lol!!!!

yeah thats right bud the new s2u2 has code security to so if you dont tel your wife your pass your protected

Well, like others have said.....it comes down to a personal preferance. What works for you mainly. Me personally, I've dealt with ONLY 2 so far. Throttle lock and S2UL.....and from my own experience, I like throttlelock much better. But hey, thats just me!!! Since I've became a member of SPJ, it's all been about trial and error....a learning experience if you will. Best advice I can give you bro is to find one that works for you and stick with it. Test the waters and see what app. are out there. The search area is VERY useful on here as well. Hehe, thats what I do. The right programs will fall into your lap eventually :) If you need more advice SPJ's staff is very supportive. Good luck man!
