[HELP] where do downloads go

on the touch pro 2, i've downloaded several things that i can't find. several are cabs and one is a video clip. the cabs for example download, i see them open and applied, but when i look for them i can't find them. anyone know where they go? plz & thnx

It goes on the device in program files or application data. Look there to start.

what cabs are they by chance, and also for the video file where did you drag it to or is it a video that you took on the device itself?

the video i downloaded, i didn't watch because it was taking too long. when i checked back phone was at the home screen, couldn't find download. cabs were 1. to get rid curtain and 2. was for a restart application from xda. both cabs dl just fine, opened and i installed them on the device rather than storage. but i can't find them?????

your not going to find anything for the get rid of curtain cab since that is just a registry edit and you uninstall to get rid of.... and for the power one you talking xda shutdown? have you checked in the programs? im pretty sure it shortcuts to the programs through the windows startup folder.

yes, it was xda shutdown. its not in the program folder. i'm looking 4 it because i can't find the program. its not in programs folder or in the start menu. curtain is still there so im trying to find it to reapply it. it seems like the cabs werent opened. but they were & i opened them to the device rather than storage. only thing i can think of is i dl them directly on my phone rather from my computer& than put them on my phone.

mmmm what rom are you runnig and by any chance is it a 6.5.3 or above rom with the taskbar on the bottom?

i'm on neodium v4. taskbar is @ top. also, i did use a cab to edit appts in the calender tab & it worked just fine. maybe its the cabs??

Not the cabs bro i have xda shutdown running on neodium V4 and its running perfect
