      First of all i did not compile the rom as I'm learning the ropes.This rom is based of [Only the registered members can see the link click here to register] This is a strip down to the core.This is very fast and smooth.You may have to wipe before installing this rom from another rom

      Remember to reboot your device after your install the rom.

      This well work only for the sprint htc hero cdma only


      Myself and spj will not be responsible to whatever happens to your phone.

      1. The core with updated kernel 2.6.27-mck 1.2

    If you like my setup attached is the file.You have to push the file to your device.Till i figure out how to sign it..remember to reboot your device.Once i figure out how to sign it properly i will let you know.

    I do not take credit for the images or claim to be made by me.I'm only sharing my customization,pulled from different roms and compile it together for my liking.

    Edited: I signed the file put the file in your sdk card and go to recovery and select the file.Wait till the file is push.Once it's completed then reboot the device.

    Because of propitiatory reason i can not attached other apps.The only apps that can be attached by demand will be the apps that came with your device from sprint and htc and that you are the owner of the the HTC hero by Sprint device.

    I will do my best to answer any question and give support.I'm novice user using linux and i know few commands.

    thanks guys.I used Modaco online kitchen to make this rom.So the initial work i didn't do.What i did do is gather few apps from different roms,(fresh,Gumbo) like the rosie.apk the lock screen app and few others and compiled it for my taste..as you can see in the attachments...

    Its pretty cool tho i'm getting the idea's on the linux commands..
